Guarantee against defect:

We guarantee each board is crafted to perfection. If your board has a noticeable defect upon delivery, please notify us immediately by email with a picture. Please remember that all wood is natural and will differ in appearance. Irregularities in the wood are organically normal. 

If we authorize a refund for you, we will ensure a replacement board is sent to you, and we will arrange the return of the board to our shop at no cost to you. 

 

Change of mind: 

If you change your mind and want a refund, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. You must contact us via email to obtain authorization. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return to our address. When the item is received, we will issue you a refund to your payment method, provided the item is in new condition. 

 

No refunds are authorized beyond the return/refund policy.
